Our location offers a state-of-the-art podcast suite, as well as 5 modular sets we encourage you to mix and match with. Our sets have three house GVM-1200D RGB LED Panel lights mounted to the ceiling to get you started. Whether you are shooting a music video, product photography, fashion, or commercial, our space is flexible enough to fit your needs.

Our space has a large full bathroom for outfit changes, hair, and make-up as well as a small area for staging gear and crew. Loading in is a breeze with a ramp to the front door, parking on location as well as free street parking. The space is climate-controlled with A/C and heating, and included with your booking are power cords, and plenty of outlets around the studio so you can bring in your own lighting/grip as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
